Construction Management Plan — Public Consultation

Dominus is inviting input from local residents and neighbours on the draft CMP.

The Project

About 123 Judd Street

You may be familiar with the project from the resolution to grant planning permission from Camden Council in December last year.

The plans are to transform 123 Judd Street – the former telephone exchange building – into a 240-bedroom hotel, with a restaurant, café, and bar open to both hotel guests and the public.

The project includes a new Camden Hospitality Academy, in partnership with The Springboard Charity, providing training and employment opportunities for local people.

Construction

About the works

The development is primarily a re-use of the existing building, with demolition limited to parts of the roof to enable an extension.

The majority of the works will be internal, including:

  • Minor demolition
  • Structural alterations
  • Mechanical and electrical installation
  • Full interior fit-out

No piling or significant earthworks are planned.
