Dominus is inviting input from local residents and neighbours on the draft CMP.
The Project
About 123 Judd Street
Planning permission has been granted to transform 123 Judd Street (the telephone exchange building) into a 240-bedroom hotel, with a restaurant, café, and bar open to both hotel guests and the public.
The project includes a new Camden Hospitality Academy.
This will be delivered in partnership with The Springboard Charity and will provide training and employment opportunities for local people.
Construction
About the works
The development is primarily a re-use of the existing building, with demolition limited to parts of the roof to enable an extension.
The majority of the works will be internal including structural alterations, mechanical and electrical installation, and full interior fit out.
No piling or significant earthworks are planned.
